    Send your cards to our secure facility. Packaging guidance is provided to ensure your items arrive safely and ready for intake.

  • Step Three: Intake and Status Change to “In Progress”

    Once your package arrives, our team conducts a formal intake check. Your order status is updated to “In Progress” and your items are entered into our digital chain of custody.

  • Step Four: Automated Tracking Into PSA

    Your submission is dispatched to PSA. Slab Tracker automatically updates your order with every movement, allowing you to track the shipment without constant manual checking.

  • Step Five: PSA Intake Confirmation

    As soon as PSA scan and accept your submission, the system registers this event and your dashboard updates automatically. This removes guesswork and provides verified confirmation direct from the source.

  • Step Six: Live Grading Updates

    When PSA begins grading, your dashboard reflects real time grading progress. This gives you immediate visibility into the most anticipated stage of the process.

  • Step Seven: Return Tracking

    Once PSA completes grading and ships your order back, automated tracking is activated. You can monitor the return journey from PSA to our facility without refreshing or chasing updates.

  • Step Eight: Final Tracking Back to You

    Your graded cards are securely packed and shipped to you. Final tracking is issued immediately and remains active until delivery is complete.
